Description

Flap Wheels are used for deburring and polishing , often instead of wire wheels. These cut faster, with less burnishing and surface contamination from the bristles. Portable flapwheels were made by bonding radial flaps of abrasive into a hub fitted with a spindle shank.

Reinforced with woven fibre glass of the highest tensile strength enabling them to withstand severe peripheral, side and edge stress. Ideal for preparing, cut-off notching and slotting and grinding out defects on a wide range of materials, including ceramics, mild steel, aluminium, titanium and nimonics.
